this the company claimed that they will give me a job in Australia,

1. The company promised to give me a job to send me Australia for 6 months as a software developer the job advertised on their Facebook pages. See their advertisement at that time they posted on Facebook. Am also showing here the first message they send me.

The advertised job has not mentioned the requirement of the job they just post some of the attractive text to get job seekers which will end up a scam. For example, they did not mention the experience or the required documents and everything was unclear. Remember this is against the Malaysia law of employment I will attach the act of this matter and you will see yourself this company all that they do is against the legal documents passed by Malaysian parliament.

5. After communicating on Facebook, the next morning they call me and ask me to pay 50 RM they send me their account details and I paid to see the below image of the payment I made.

This is the beginning of the main disaster. The next morning they told me they gave me an appointment and I have to come for an interview, which is not an interview they just recorded a video of me and say we will send you to Australia and you will get your job. What happens next?

8. Next day they again told me we have got your job position and you have to sign some documents and you have to pay $4,295.00 Australian dollar which was I wakeup call for me. When they realized that this is a huge amount of money they told me to pay 2650 RM Malaysian ringgit which less and the rest of the fees to pay after the next step. I said good let me pay this. I was believed that this is a great agency and will get this job. See the receipts of these claims as evidence.

The next day I signed a document, the lady who was asking for the money which I think was temporarily employed just to collect this money from me was reacted differently, I felt this from her body reaction. I felt there is something wrong, I regret why I signed this document. Because they want if we go to court they show this document and say he agreed. Remember this is against Malaysian law and I request you to read very closely these laws.

When I asked to give me a receipt for this payment she said we will not provide a receipt because this is an illegal payment and if they give me such documents they will be doing huge mistake, now they understood there is something wrong. Because this is illegal and I understood this was illegal.

12. How come you pay such an amount of money as you looking for a job, OMG!

13. You see how they scam they are.

14. I started to claim my money back. As we argue a lot and for several days they blocked me everywhere.

16. Please don’t do what I did, don’t even pay a single coin to this company.

17. Please look at all the documents attached as evidence and you will be satisfied with it.
